我希望在20歲時就知道的26條時間管理技巧 導(dǎo)語：幾天前在 Slideshare 上看到 Etienne Garbugli 的一個關(guān)于時間管理的幻燈片，覺得挺不錯，值得分享。另外由于 Slideshare 被墻，順帶保存分享到墻內(nèi)。如果譯文有不到位的地方，煩請指出，謝謝。
01. There is alway time. Time is priorities. 時間常有。時間優(yōu)先。
02. Days always fill up. 時間總會有的。
Only plan for 4-5 hours of real work per day. 每天只計劃4-5小時用于真正工作�！� DDH，37signals
03. Work more when you are in the zone. Relax when you‘re not. 當(dāng)你在工作狀態(tài)時，那就多干點；不在狀態(tài)時，就好好休息。

04. Respect your time and make it respected. 重視你的時間，并使其值得重視。

05. Stop multi-tasking. It merely kill your focus. 不要同時多任務(wù)。這只會消耗注意力。（保持專注，一心一用）

09. Work iteratively. Expectation to do things perfectly are stifling. 迭代工作。期待完美收工會令人窒息。

11.Separate brainless and strategic tasks to become more productive. 按重要性劃分工作，提高效率。

12. Organize meetings early during the day. Time leading up to an event is often wasted. 有會議，盡早安排。用于準(zhǔn)備會議的時間往往都浪費掉了。
13. Group meetings and communications (email or phone) to create blocks of uninterrupted work. 群組會議和溝通（郵件或電話）會產(chǎn)生不連續(xù)的任務(wù)。
